Nursery For Clouds
This loop pendant features a really fun borosilicate glass creation by lampwork artisan Brandie Rosenberry. This incredibly detailed bead has a base of blue and silver speckled swirls and is encased in a layer of clear with carefully applied clear bumpy dots. The center row of amber purple features plunged dots with tiny trapped air bubbles.
It sits at the center of this loop pendant, surrounded by swirled borosilicate donut beads of deep blue and violet hues encased in clear for depth, smokey blue glass beads, and little silver accents.
The loop is double-strung with strong nylon coated wire and hanging from a satin cord which closes with a lobster-claw clasp that has a teeny starfish charm accent.
Necklace also looks great on silver or navy blue cord - if you want it on any color other than the black shown here just let me know by saying so in Notes To Seller when purchasing!
Borosilicate glass is a special kind of glass which is actually more durable than normal glass - it is the same kind used in Pyrex and is less dense than ordinary glass and it also requires a much higher temperature to melt compared to ordinary silicate glass.
