Mumblebee

This fun loop pendant features a creation by master artisan, Kristan Child of Redside Designs, of a really fun borosilicate lampwork centerpiece with a cute little bee with blue green eyes, sitting on a honeycomb tab base, with pretty opal purpinkle blooms. It is surrounded by swirled borosilicate donut beads encased in clear for depth in amber, pinkish, and green hues, mingled with small green faceted glass beads and some little silver accents.
The loop is double-strung with strong nylon coated wire and hanging from a satin cord which closes with a lobster-claw clasp that has a teeny starfish charm accent.

Borosilicate glass is a special kind of glass which is actually more durable than normal glass - it is the same kind used in Pyrex and is less dense than ordinary glass and it also requires a much higher temperature to melt compared to ordinary silicate glass.

Necklace also looks great on a navy blue or burgundy cord, or even chocolate brown or emerald green...pretty much any color, actually! Just let me know by adding a Note To Seller when purchasing if you want a color of cord other than the black shown here!
